Frontline Hero Fund Declared Winner of EvacuationPlans.com’s Annual Charity Donation Event
Contest shatters turnout record with a total of 4,536 votes.
Chattanooga, TN. — EvacuationPlans.com’s annual Charity Voting Contest had record-breaking participation, with over 4,500 ballots cast online between November 4, 2020, and December 17, 2020. Voters were asked to choose their favorite charity out of three nominees, with the Frontline Hero Fund winning with a whopping 50.3% of the votes. The Frontline Hero Fund was established in April 2020 to provide monetary grants to frontline healthcare workers and their families affected by COVID-19 . To date, the organization has raised close to $200,000 and served more than 15 families.
Unique to this year’s contest, EvacuationPlans.com’s parent company, Intersign Corporation, held two different voting competitions—one for four of its flagship brands (signmojo.com, INTERSIGN, HealthcareSigns.com, and EvacuationPlans.com), and the other for HOTELSIGNS.com. Thesecompetitions combined garnered a record-setting total of 9,606 votes, breaking the previous year’s total of 2,095 votes.
The other charities involved were Catch A Lift and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, and both will receive a $1,000 donation from Intersign Corporation.
